About the Artiscience Library

The Artiscience Library contains some 25,000 items: books, journals, manuscript material, other papers, and a few objects. The Reading Room, open by appointment for the time being, holds just 3,000 items.  The rubric for the Library is singular, being devoted to historical and contemporary relations between arts and sciences.  We know of no collection of a similar quantity and quality singularly devoted to this concept. It is a physical space to anchor and cultivate Artiscience, and which, besides the articles and podcasts, can be booked for events.
