Adopt a Book

Besides reading the articles or listening to the podcasts, we invite to participate in a “Book Adoption Scheme”, whereby they donate a sum appropriate to a book or other item already in the Artiscience Library, and securing it for the extended future. Details shall follow, including the design of a special Ex Libris bookplate which shall be affixed to the chosen item(s) in due course. We foresee a minimal donation set at £15.  Yet there is no upper limit, and one anonymous donor has already most generously donated £1,000 for one particularly exceptional item.

 

The adoption scheme is under current development.

Meanwhile, we shall be happy to reserve any particular item which Friends already know that they would like to adopt.
